This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information across our website and related services. It is not directed to children under 13.
 

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

• www.opulentthrive.com
   
• ConvertKit landing pages and forms
   
• Stan Store
   
• Calendly scheduling pages
   
• Any other pages, forms, or checkouts we operate that link to this Policy (collectively, “Services”).
   

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and update the Effective date above.

Identifiers & contact details. Name, email, phone number, mailing/billing address (if provided), company, role.
Commercial/transaction data. Purchase details, appointment information, invoice and payment status. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Payment-related data from processors. Card brand, last 4 digits, payment method token, billing details as returned by Stripe, PayPal, Square, or GoDaddy Payments.
Usage/technical data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referral URLs/UTMs, and timestamps (e.g., via cookies and Google Analytics).
Communications. Messages you send us, form responses, survey answers, intake information, preferences, and files you upload.
Marketing preferences. Newsletter opt-in status and topics of interest.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically via cookies/pixels, and from service providers acting on our behalf.

• Provide Services. To deliver consultations, bookings, downloads, courses, newsletters, invoices, and customer support.
   
• Process payments & prevent fraud. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions and security checks.
   
• Operate, maintain, and improve. Analytics to understand performance and fix or enhance our Services.
   
• Communications. Service notices, confirmations, reminders, and marketing (with consent or as permitted by law). You can opt out of marketing at any time.
   
• Compliance & enforcement. Recordkeeping, accounting/tax, responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, and protecting rights.
   

We use cookies and similar technologies to run our Services and understand usage.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and performance. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect IP address and device identifiers. You can set your browser to block cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.

Advertising. We may use Google Ads (near-future) for measurement and audience building. Advertising pixels/tags may set or read cookies to measure campaign effectiveness and, where enabled, support interest-based advertising.

Your choices. Most browsers let you control cookies. Where required by law, we provide consent tools for analytics/advertising cookies. If you use a recognized opt-out signal (where legally required for us), we will honor it.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Square, and GoDaddy Payments. These processors collect and process payment card information subject to their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS requirements. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We do not sell personal information.

We share personal information with:

• Service providers/Processors who support our Services, such as: web hosting, email/CRM (ConvertKit), scheduling (Calendly), storefront (Stan Store), analytics (Google Analytics), payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Square, GoDaddy Payments), file delivery, and customer support tools.
   
• Professional advisors & compliance (e.g., accountants, lawyers) and authorities when required by law.
   
• Business transfers. If we explore or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, information may be disclosed under confidentiality.
   

We impose confidentiality and security obligations on our service providers and only share what is necessary for the services they perform.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability, and to opt out of targeted advertising or other processing defined by applicable law. We will respond as required by law.

How to exercise rights. Email hello@opulentthrive.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe your request and the state you live in. We may need to verify your identity. Where allowed, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” and we will review.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Baselines:

• Inquiries & project files: 24 months after last activity (unless work is ongoing).
   
• Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe or your email bounces.
   
• Transaction & invoice records: 7 years.
   
• Analytics: 26 months (or provider default, if longer/shorter).
   

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small business to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at hello@opulentthrive.com and we will delete it as required by law.

Where we process data. We are U.S.-based. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries with different laws than your home country.

Legal bases (EEA/UK). We process personal data under the following bases:

• Contract: to provide Services you request (e.g., bookings, purchases).
   
• Consent: for newsletters, certain cookies/analytics/ads, and where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
   
• Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our Services, prevent fraud, and protect our rights (balanced against your interests).
   
• Legal obligation: to comply with accounting/tax and respond to lawful requests.
   

Your EEA/UK rights. Subject to exceptions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. International transfers. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to U.S.-based providers like Google, Stripe, PayPal, Square, GoDaddy, ConvertKit, Calendly, Stan), we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) and supplementary measures proportionate to our size and risk.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
